The local Andona organization's annual Shine the Light event was embraced by children and the community this holiday season.

The kids created decorative bags containing lights, and the packages were sold locally. Money raised goes to activities for local children, as is the case with all Andona activities.

The fifth annual Shine the Light event allowed participants to light up the community, literally, on the winter solstice.
